RME Russell has been a staple in the quiet farming town since it joined the powerful RME network in 2013. With multiple farming operations surrounding the area, RME has offered many producers excellent customer service in Sales, Parts and Service to ensure farmers and ranchers have what they need for a successful season.

To be a great branch you need great employees, some of whom have been with RME since its beginning stages in Russell. Service Sales Manager Jodi Cook is one such employee who has been a familiar face for customers over the past 12 years.

She joined RME after moving back to the family farm with her son and has been the ‘Jill of all trades’ over the past decade.

“I started off as an office administrator, added in Sales, and then began Service Writing and that’s where the Service department came in,” she said.

Jodi officially became a Service Sales Manager in 2018 and says she most enjoys watching people learn and grow within their positions.

“The knowledge that they learn and the knowledge that I learn along the way – creates team success and makes it all worth it!”

RME Ag Equipment Sales Consultant Corrie Kaeding says Jodi is an absolute joy to work with.

“Customers appreciate her and what she brings to the Russell team. She always goes the extra mile to help other departments, she was outside this Spring helping PDI air seeders and installing new decals on equipment, all the while managing the Service department and helping customers,” he said.

According to Jodi, her favourite part of working at RME are her coworkers at the dealership who make even the hardest days more enjoyable.
“Even after the worst of seasons, we can still laugh with each other. I enjoy the team that I work with.”
