RegisterOperating for three generations, Greg McLean is current owner of the family-owned business Gray’s Limited. Formed by Elmer Gray in 1947, and continued upon by son Harrison, and now grandson Greg, Gray’s Limited has been a staple for heavy equipment work and trucking in Strathmore and surrounding areas for over 70 years.
Over time the business has evolved from a one-man trucking operation into a multi-discipline company with over two dozen employees. Operating around Strathmore and the Wheatland County area in Alberta, Gray’s Limited provides services in water and sewer installation, site preps, sand and gravel, oilfield work, basement excavations, septic systems, and any other excavating and trucking needs that may come up.
Along with the many services the company provides, they also operate two gravel pits and have acquired a Metso 2.8 Screener from RME to accommodate their crushing jobs. Their fleet of iron includes a wide selection of Case Construction equipment such as Case CX210C excavators, Case 921G loaders, Case 721F loaders, Case TV380 skid steers, Case TR270 and TR270B skid steers, Case SR200 skid steers, Case 1825 skid steers, a Case CX37C mini excavator and a Case 580SN backhoe.
Having relied on Case equipment since 1960, Gray’s Limited’s first dealings with RME date back to the Hammer Equipment days; and they now work closely with RME’s Construction Equipment Sales Consultant Josey Brodoway out of the Balzac branch.
Gray’s Limited continues to lean on RME for all their construction equipment needs, “because of their exceptional service and dedicated sales team”.
